V-RE is a platform that allows you to build your professional reputation based on real reviews from people you have worked with.
What information is displayed on my profile?
Only aggregated professional information is shown, such as overall ratings and competence indicators.
Can I see who has assessed me?
No. The identity of the evaluator is not visible. Only the professional role and type of employment relationship is shown.
Can I read the evaluators' comments?
No. Qualitative comments are not displayed to avoid personal conflicts. They are used internally and aggregated.
Memberships and functionalities
Why does the limit message appear?
In the Freemium membership, the maximum is 4 assessments. You need to upgrade to receive more once the limit is reached.
What does “My Team” mean within V-RE?
Refers to people who have worked with you in a direct collaborative relationship.
Why can't my team evaluate me?
In the Freemium plan, team evaluations are disabled to preserve objectivity.
What is anti-bias analysis?
A system that detects and balances deviations in assessments according to the context to improve reliability.
What are featured keywords?
Professional concepts that summarise your strengths obtained from the analysis of the evaluations received.
Are the evaluations officially valid?
No. They do not constitute official qualifications or academic or employment accreditation.

Yes, the assessee cannot see your name or identify you at any time.
Can the evaluee read my comments?
No. They are used internally and in aggregate to identify professional strengths.
Why can't I evaluate my team?
The system applies rules according to the membership of the evaluee. If it is Freemium, team evaluations are blocked.
